Tammy Ceppi has been dedicated to the Playball concept since 1998 where she was one of the first coaches ever in a program that is now recognised in over 40 countries around the world.

Tammy’s continued commitment and devotion fast tracked her into a role of training and development for other franchisees within South Africa as well as internationally.
Tammy's work also involved consulting with numerous specialists and in writing the “Coaching Manuals” which consisted of hundreds of different skills and games and the lesson plans that the coaches used to teach children. Many of these games are played around the world today !!

Within a short while, it become evident that Playball would become know and the forerunners in specialised sports coaching for the 2 to 8 yr old age group.
The success of Playball in Bondi soon spread to the North Shore and later to Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Before long , hundreds of children were participating in the Playball concept every week ,
Playball has become a household name in Australia. What has created Playball’s solid foundation are Tammy’s personal values and beliefs. Playball has always been about helping individuals reach their full potential. The programs child focused approach has become the very reason the business’s success. Tammy now has directed the passion and commitment for Playball in to training more franchises around Australia – the dream of having thousands of children taught the Playball program is slowly but surely becoming a reality.
